No Final Exit for the traffic violators expatriates until you pay the violations amount available on their Iqama, Those who failed to pay traffic fines will be stopped at the Airport or borders of Saudi Arabia during their exit.
All the border ports and airports follow this rule, Anyone who has a traffic violation fine will be stooped on Airport or on the Borders until they pay their violation.
