Saudi Expatriates Original Passport & a Copy of Agreement Must Give to Expatriates hand, According to the new rules of Ministry of Labor Company may have to pay up to SAR 250000.00
According to the new regulations of the Ministry of Labor, Any Company/Employer shouldn't keep the Workers passport If any Employer keeps Workers passport The company/Employer will be fined SAR 2000.00
Ministry of Labor also said if any Employer/Company does not give a Contract copy to the workers The Employer/Company will be Fined SAR 5000.00.
If any Employer/Company forces his workers to do those jobs which are not specified in the contract also if Employer/Company asks the workers to bear those expenses which he is Employer/Company Should pay, Employe-er/Company will be fined SAR 15000.00
Ministry of Labor said there will be more fines on Employer/Company if the Company delays Workers salaries, or forces employees to work extra hours ow force to work during Holiday without overtime payment, Violations also include if Employer/Company forcing workers to work in bad weather or hight Temperature without taking proper precautions.
The Ministry of Labor also said if any companies violating safety and health standards will be fined up to SR 25,000.
Fines for each violation will be doubled in case it is committed again. A company is required to pay the fine within one month otherwise it will be considered a repetition of the violation.
